Welcome to Fall! Kids are back in school, families are back to regular rhythms, and fall programming is in full swing. Join us this fall for a wide range of events, and discipleship opportunities for the whole family.
Growing in His Likeness
All-Parish Study with Small Groups
Leigh Spruill leads this six-week study with small groups on The Life of Christian Discipleship. Sundays at 10:15 am in the Hall Life Center and livestream.

First Communion Service

Testimonies from SJD parishioners, with worship lead by Sarah Gividen. October 18

Evensong for the Feast of All Saints including a reading of the Necrology. Sunday, November 5
Adult Confirmation
This year’s adult Confirmation service will be led by Bishop Andy Doyle. Nov 19 at 11:15 am
Thanksgiving Service
Festive service led by the SJD Chorale, brass, and timpani. Nov. 23 at 10 am and livestream
Choral Evensong

Nursery for 2 months - age 2, Sunday school through grade 5
Prep for Communion
Children in 2nd grade (or older) are invited to participate. Sun. – 10:15 am
Jr Daughters of the King
For 4th and 5th grade girls. Meets the first and second Sundays at 9 am
Kids Night Out
Wear your costume for pumpkin decorating, pizza, games, movie & more! Oct 27 - 6pm
For Youth
Sunday School for Youth
Games, fellowship, & Bible study. Grades 6-12. Sundays at 10:15 am
Confirmation Classes
Year-long course for 8th grade students leads to Confirmation. Sun. 10:15 am
Teen DOK
For 6th – 12th grade girls. Meets the third Sundays at 9 am beginning Sept. 24
Youth Midweek
Join us for dinner, games & worship. Second, third, fourth Wed. at 6:30 pm
Maxed Out Midweek

Ministry for those who have suffered the death of a loved one. Tues. 3pm
ROCO Concert - Infrared

Join 20's & 30's for weekly dinner, Bible study, and group discussion. Tues at 7pm
Candlelight Compline
Prayer service with scripture reading and hymns. Third Thursdays at 7 pm
First Friday Dinners
Join us the first Friday of every month for dinner at a local restaurant

Dad's Group
