Advent is the season of waiting, hope, and expectation. The Rev. Sutton Lowe and Dr. Kira Moolman Pettit explore the grace found in waiting for God to answer our deepest prayers. Each week they will look at the story of the people who found their longings answered in the birth of a baby boy. These four folks aren't super heroes of the faith, just ordinary people who lived in hope that God would fulfill his promises.
Sutton and Kira lead a four-week live meditation to uncover how God’s faithfulness transforms our longings and how we can witness God's grace in every season of life. Each meditation features music performed by some of the amazing musicians of St. John the Divine.
