Mentors are soul friends, confidantes, and people who have walked paths you wish to walk but have not walked yet. They will support you as a whole person across the breadth of your journey – professional, relationships, and spiritual.
Leadership Foundations Course

The objective of the Leadership Foundations Course is to develop participants’ leadership capabilities with Jesus as the model. We welcome leaders from all backgrounds and spheres of society. Whether leading a small team or a large organization, this program has been designed for those who are in leadership roles and want to increase their capacity, capabilities, and effectiveness to impact the world around them.

Job Support
For anyone in the congregation that may have lost their job or employment—whether as a result of the COVID-19 crisis, the downturn in the oil and gas industry, or any other reason—we invite you to utilize this ministry.
We also extend this invitation to anyone who is struggling with the business that they own or run or has had to close it during this time. You will be provided a safe and confidential place to grieve your sudden loss of employment or business challenge and will coach you as you work through this time.
For those that are seeking employment, we will also walk with you as you work on finding your next position. This will be done through a confidential series of conversations, conducted in person, over the phone, or through a Zoom call. If you are interested, please contact Tony Mayer.
