A lot of us are unfamiliar with the characters of the Old Testament – those who were first chosen by God to be his people, our foremothers and forefathers in the faith. Of course, they say you shouldn’t meet your heroes, and these heroes of the Old Testament are definitely flawed. But they show us that faith is for everyone, not just the picture-perfect. Every Sunday this summer we will have an opportunity to meet one of these figures, as taught by our clergy, staff, and summer seminarians. Join us to hear about our favorite people in the Old Testament, why we love them despite/because of their flaws, and why you should, too.
