Fall Study: 1 & 2 Corinthians

Lecture: Thursdays at 9:30 am in the Hall Life Center & the Parlor (Room 121)
Small Groups: Mon. evening, 7 pm; Thurs. morning, Zoom

If I had to pick a first-century church that was most like our world today, it would be the church in Corinth. This city was known for its sensuality, love of materialism, and intellectualism. People lived life for pleasure. The new faith in Jesus was at odds with this way of life. The study of Corinthians brings us face to face with the obstacles we face in being all God has called us to be as a church and as Christians. Join us for St. Paul’s letter to the Corinthians. It will challenge us and shape us into a mighty army for the kingdom of God.
