Service Saturday: CCSC Back To School 2025
Join the Service Saturday team on July 26 from 1 - 3 pm at the Christian Community Service Center's (CCSC) annual Back To School community event! Volunteers (ages 5+) will help assemble school supply bags to be distributed to clients the following weekend. Parental supervision is required for children ages 12 and under.

Since 1986, CCSC has been helping underserved students prepare for the first day of school. This year's program will provide 4,000 students with school supplies, a backpack, and a $50 gift card for clothing. All volunteer activities will take place at Faith Lutheran Church (4600 Bellaire Blvd. 77401) in the Faith Center located at the rear of the church. Join the SJD group and be a light for the city!
