Venture Crew 55 Pinewood & Petrol

Venturing Crew 55 will host a truly unique automotive event on Saturday, April 12, at St. John the Divine. Outside, there will be a car show featuring a sea of noteworthy vehicles, and inside, there will be a Pinewood Derby open to the young and the young at heart.

Car Show:
With space for up to 50 cars on display, expect a curated variety of vehicles, and find something you may have never seen. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd In Show as well as People’s Choice. Show your car and help the cause for $25.

Pinewood Derby:
The Pinewood Derby will consist of three classes: Traditional & Outlaw will compete on the race tracks. Demolition on the U of Destruction.

8:30 am Check-In
9:15 am Races begin

$10 to register for each class (Outlaw has options to buy less restrictive rules)

All funds raised will benefit the Crew 55 Operating Fund. Venturing Crew 55 is a Scouting America Venturing unit based at SJD, open to all youth (boys and girls) ages 14 to 21.
