Electronic and absentee voting for our annual vestry election begins on Sunday, January 18. All church members will be emailed an electronic ballot. If you prefer to vote via scantron, please view the schedule below.

Voting Schedule for Vestry Election
- Electronic voting: Electronic voting will be available between January 18 at 6 pm and January 25 at 12:30 pm. A link to an electronic ballot will be emailed to eligible parish members on Sunday, January 18 at 6 pm. If you did not receive a ballot link, please email Andrea Meier, director of communications.
- Absentee Voting: Absentee voting will be available January 20 – February 8. Members may come to campus to cast their ballot via scantron at the reception desk. Absentee voting hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm
- In-Person Voting: In-person voting will occur on Sundays, January 18, January 25, February 1, and February 8. Voting will be available at the front desk.
Voting results will be made available no later than February 10.
