Violence in the Old Testament Class

Join our summer seminarian, Karlie Keller, as she guides us through the challenging texts that address violence in the Old Testament. Through this five-week lunchtime Bible study, the group will closely read prominent examples of violence in the Old Testament text to question how we read Scripture and expand our theological imaginations concerning the God depicted. Rather than trying to solve the “problems” of the texts, we hope to enter the close wrestling match into which these texts invite us.
