Tips for church members accessing the Ministry Platform:

• If asked to reset your password, the easiest way is to ask for the one-time 6-digit code.
• Remember to check for the code in the right inbox, if you have multiple email accounts, and check your junk mail and spam folders.
• Wait about 45 seconds before the code comes in; then you must use the code within 10 minutes.
• Once you get the code, go back into your browser (usually Safari on an iPhone), NOT into the SJD app, and enter the code there.
• Once you go through this process successfully, you shouldn’t have to do it again!
