Join us for a meaningful and creative mission! We're aiming to make 50 quilts for Houston children, to be gifted in April 2026 during St. John the Divine’s third Sleep in Heavenly Peace bed-building event.

UPDATE:
The quilt tops are finished. We are now putting together backs for the quilts and preparing the batting. We are looking for long arm and sewing machine quilters to volunteer to quilt one or more of the sandwiched quilts. If this is one of your gifts, please email Marti Clement or call 713.827.0950. We also need volunteers to sew on binding and labels after they are quilted.

Everyone is welcome. You can bring your own sewing machine or use ours. Don't know how to sew? We will teach you. Come for the whole day or for an hour or two. Come once or every week.
