Sweet Sleep Quilting Bee
Thursdays and Saturdays in June | 9 am – 3 pm
Youth Room at St. John the Divine
Come one or more days | stay an hour or all day
"When you lie down, you will not be afraid;
yes, you will lie down, and your sleep will be sweet."
— Proverbs 3:24
Join us for a meaningful and creative mission! We're aiming to make 50 quilts for Houston children, to be gifted in April 2026 during St. John the Divine’s third Sleep in Heavenly Peace bed-building event.
All are welcome—adults and youth, beginners and experienced quilters alike. We'll teach you how to cut fabric, sew a 1/4" seam on a machine, and piece together a quilt top.
Hosted by the St. John the Divine Sewing Guild with support from the Quilt Guild of Greater Houston
