This summer, St. John the Divine is collecting supplies to help students at our neighbor, Lamar High School, begin the school year confident and prepared. Parishioners may shop for backpacks, uniforms, socks, and other essentials on our Amazon wish list or drop off your donations at the marked bins on campus.

Service Saturday: Loving Lamar

We will gather at 8 am on the Lamar High School parking garage, 2nd floor, to repaint up to 500 yellow parking garage stripes in preparation for the new school year. No special experience is required. Just bring your willingness to serve and be part of a meaningful community effort. RSVP to Larry Lawyer.
Ascension Campus Care Work Day

Join us as we ready the school play areas for the new school year. We'll be power washing, trimming bushes and trees, pulling weeds and mulching beds. We also need some Safeguarded folks to volunteer to watch kids while others work.
