Be part of a high-energy team and support the faith life of our children by volunteering with the children's ministry. Opportunities include Sunday school small group leader for pre-K to elementary kids, storyteller, receptionist, arts and crafts, or behind-the-scenes administrative help.
Training is provided and all volunteers are required to pass criminal background checks and be certified in Safeguarding God's Children.

St. John the Divine has been a second home to ReBecca and her family. She has been blessed to have her four children baptized and confirmed in this parish. More importantly, they are all active members of this amazing community.

Young preschoolers can be A Light for the City by being part of outreach with a board book drive benefitting Nabor House Community - a center who serves low-income families across multiple facets. During the Christmas season, they hope to send every child home with at least one board book. There are 150 students (babies, toddlers and preschoolers) from 2 months through 4 years old. Collections can be dropped off in the bin outside Room 116 by December 17. Help us spread joy and literacy to all!
