Traditional Worship in the Church

Sundays 9 am and 11:15 am in the Church

View of the sanctuary during a service

Come worship with us in a warm and friendly environment with Bible-centered, Gospel-oriented preaching. The music is led by the SJD Chorale and the majestic Létourneau organ. We have age-appropriate activity bags and children's Bibles for our younger worshippers, and if you feel the need to step out of the service you can move to our family room with comfortable furniture, a selection of toys, and a tv so you can watch the service.

Traditional Worship

Traditional worship in the church is a choral service that welcomes all ages. The ancient prayers and responses are read in modern language, and the music includes traditional hymns, modern worship music, and beautiful choral anthems.

Hearing the Shepherd’s Voice

with The Rev. Dr. R. Leigh Spruill

Jesus calls Himself the Good Shepherd—but how do we learn to recognize His voice in a world full of noise? This sermon explores the challenge of discerning Christ’s voice amid competing influences and reminds us that we hear Him best in Scripture, community, and a life shaped by the Holy Spirit. As we grow together in faith, we learn to follow the One who knows us and calls us by name.
