Sandwich Brigade for Agape Development

Join the Sandwich Brigade on Sunday, June 21, as we prepare 140 lunches for campers at Agape Development! Volunteers will gather in Sumners Hall between services from 9:30 and 11:30 am to help assemble lunches for local children attending summer camp. This is a simple, hands-on way to serve our Houston community. All ages are welcome, and many hands make light work! **Please note that children under 13 must be assisted by their parents.

The Call to Follow Jesus
What does it truly mean to follow Jesus? Looking at the calling of Matthew, this sermon explores the cost and joy of discipleship. While many first come to Christ through a need for healing or hope, Jesus calls us to something deeper—a life centered on Him, shaped by His mercy, and devoted to His mission. As we learn to walk closely with Christ, we are invited to hear His voice, bear the fruit of repentance, and follow Him wherever He leads.
